 Experience 

  • Setting CRM KPI’s for the smart deartment the next financial year.
    When faced with an unresponsive B2C customer base I created, developed and implemented an automated campaign that saw high conversion rates of 19%. I looked at revision of the content, touchpoints across SMS, email, Dm inbound
    and push, as well as qualification into the segment as part of the strategy.
