Experience  

  •  As part of the Global Recruit Demand Generation team, my position required me to manage a sub-team with the objective to streamline the onboarding, implementation and adoption of CRM, ERPs, PSAs, to bridge their international operation with the US operation. We will develop strategic partnerships for the clients so they could establish the custom
    solutions that will allow the clients on their US market penetration.  Restructuring CRM automations, business processes, generating custom made SOPs and partnering with cross-functional teams like operations, engineering design to discover posible opportunities for new products within the hybrid implementation, will be the regular day to day
    operations. We will execute multiple A/B testing on the custom solutions and marketing campaigns to optimize outcomes. We will deploy AI for analytics and RPA solutions while also working with deep Python and SQL processing. As part of the position I was able to get to know the nuances of implementing and deploying custom products based on APIs from softwares like Salesforce, Scoro.com, Hubspot.com, Notion.com and Birdviewpsa.com, Tableau and others.
  • Partnering with internal teams in order to build a tailored framework that helps our merchants achieve their target outcomes on their digital strategies. We also partner with external vendors to streamline RPA needed for our clients. I manage a team that organizes and build the front-end engagement processes with a focus on product features deployment
    for marketing automation, providing the merchants with the capabilities to grow exponentially without worrying about their customer service needs. It required my team to strategically
    estructure and organize the necessary tasks for internal teams like Onboarding and Service Delivery, Engineering, Data, Design and Operations so they could deploy the marketing campaigns for our partner merchants. We leverage AI for analytics, decision making processes and building data-modeled apps. We will use project management, CRM and analytics software like, JIRA, Power BI, Dynamics 365 and Azure DevOps
