    from acquisition to retention and re-engagement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive event and webinar attendance,
    leveraging CRM insights to increase lead conversion rates.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to gain insights into our prospects, their buyer journey, and
    personas, informing targeted marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate end-to-end lifecycle workflows to create a cohesive strategy across the
    buyer journey, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Implement rigorous A/B testing processes to optimize creative design, content,
    segmentation, and timing, driving continuous improvement in campaign performance.
  • Work closely with demand generation, communication, and product teams to
    prioritize content creation and alignment with identified buyer personas.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to run upsell and cross-sell
    campaigns, driving revenue growth and enhancing customer loyalty.
  • Provide detailed reports on campaign performance, leveraging CRM data to
    understand effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement in key metrics
  • Ownership and accountability for digital marketing strategy, including planning, implementation, management and
    optimisation for both inbound marketing and paid media (design and implementation of testing optimisation
    strategies )
  • Developing new and creative organic and paid search growth strategies for each stage of a customer lifecycle, in
    accordance to the unique digital trends and platforms of various international markets
  • Line managing digital marketers in order to successfully implement campaign strategies by providing guidance,
    feedback and inspiration to line reports
  • Accross the funnel optimisation of multi-channel campaigns
  • Monitoring campaign performance by producing relevant and timely reports
  • Recommending changes to campaign execution based on data insights
