 Experience 

    • Built an international sales, marketing and communications strategy for the $400 million digital business of Korn Ferry Inc., a $2 billion, global leader in executive search, consulting and digital products (NYSE: KFY). Leading a team of 10 marketers. Generated 33% increase in customer acquisition and savings of 35% on budgets in 2019, catapulting the products business to the top- performing segment of the organization.
    • Developed positioning, messaging and GTM of innovative HR products for Pay, Engagement and Assessment, advertising measurement and validation, behavioural data, cloud communities, healthcare research and the first app for the research industry.
    • Strategizing, planning, and executing growth engine campaigns across channels targeting 198 M members in DACH. Int’l bookings target of $120M for the financial year through a 15% CVR at TOFU.
    • Leading the demand gen function for DACH, fulfilling funnel optimisation to gain leads and close deals. Also strategizing and project managing and executing numerous pan-regional growth projects to introduce product innovations.
    • Planning, executing regular Marketing campaigns on key HR topics to support product GTM across EMEAL
