As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be trusted to:
- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies considering market dynamics, target audience, and competitive landscape.
- Conduct customer and market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and insights, and be able to translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
- Outline product marketing deployment timelines.
- Develop and build go-to-market strategies.
- Lead the development and execution of product messaging, pricing strategies, and sales enablement initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and activity to identify opportunities for product enhancements and differentiation.
- Working with cross-functional teams to create product plans, marketing campaigns, and roadmaps.
- Assisting in creating materials across social, email, video, webinars, ebooks, either with own experience of working with vendors
- Work with peers to translate outcomes into relevant insights, promoting self-serve and ensuring usage and adoption of products and solutions.
- Set up systems to make working with data more efficient.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product marketing initiatives and provide insights for continuous improvement.
What you’ll need:
- 5+ years’ experience in product marketing and product management, preferably in a related industry.
- Experience in copywriting.
- Must have a marketing background.
- Experience in writing copy for social posts, emails, ebooks etc.
- Building and managing relationships with internal and creative vendors.
- Must have SaaS experience.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent content marketing experience.
- Experience with gathering, developing, and crafting product messaging that aligns with the company’s style and brand guidelines.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, campaigns, and supporting materials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset to work efficiently with cross-functional teams.
- Curiosity to experiment and improve whilst staying aligned on outcomes.
- To embrace a culture of feedback, with the goal of continuous improvement of self and others.
- An interest in staying abreast with and understanding new technologies as the landscape changes over time.
- Demonstrate confidence in communications with senior-level management and key stakeholders.
