  • Led furniture logistics for Amazon Web Services at a dry hire venue in New York, managing setup
    across 7 floors for a 2,000+ attendee event.
  • Coordinated with three external suppliers, ensuring trucking schedules were met and all layouts
    aligned with the client’s event design brief.
  • Used Procim to raise and track purchase orders for all furniture and uniform requirements.
  • Managed sponsor stands at AWS Summit London 2025 at Excel, overseeing stand build, brand
    compliance, and coordinating merchandise giveaways.
  • Sourced and procured uniforms for 40 brand hosts representing a high-end automotive client,
    ensuring the style met luxury branding standards.
  • Created detailed packing lists in Google Sheets and arranged courier shipment of 20 boxes to the
    Lisbon venue in advance of the event.
  • Independently managed pharmaceutical events for up to 50 attendees, leading end-to-end delivery
    including venue sourcing, travel logistics, supplier coordination, and HCP/client comms.
  • Personally owned and reconciled budgets over €65,000 using Microsoft Excel; contributed to wider
    projects with budgets exceeding $2 million.
  • Delivered off-site dinners and delegate experiences across Barcelona, Amsterdam, and Munich,
