  • Operations lead for all trigger-based ‘Engagement’ campaigns resulting in the highest GMV value and highest engagement scores across all CRM trigger campaign segments
  • Working with strategy and engineering teams to develop and improve on highest engaged emails including but not limited to Shop Cart Abandonment and Post Browse emails
  • Consulting on the use of automation tools and customer journeys by leveraging and championing functions offered in the Braze environment to internal and external teams
  • Developing production plans and pitch decks for highly technical trigger based campaigns
  • Leveraging and developing new methods of using tools such as Webhooks and API calls for optimal campaign management and customer experience of automated dynamic messaging
  • Developing and working on dynamic email logic using tools such as MovableInk, predictive data modeling
  • Troubleshooting CRM and data related issues and developing documentation to outline solutions; additionally revising QA guidelines and processes
  • Executing static and dynamic Email, and Push Notification campaigns from development, testing and dispatching stages
  • Generating post analysis reports using business analytics tools such as PowerBI and Microstrategy
  • Identifying technical challenges and improving workflow efficiency through the use of Marketing cloud features such as Journey Builder, Audience Builder and development of Automations using SQL queries
  • Developing QA metrics and strategies by identifying gaps and optimizing current processes to ensure successful development and deliveries and consistent workflow for campaigns across global offices.
  • Managing dditclient service activities by coordinating daily communications and leading meetings to ensure timely delivery of briefs between agency and client in compliance with SLA standards.
  • Leading daily scrum meetings with internal teams regarding daily workload and global capacity available for support in order to set and divide daily workload
  • Leading testing and implementation of novel campaign strategies such as Phrasee tests, Einstein Content testing, Einstein Time, Rich Push Notification tests through SFMC
